1969 Fireball $5,000 (SOLD)

1969 Fireball, 17’, original with some updates. Newly painted exterior. Open floor plan with lots of original birch inside. There’s a cute, full bath tucked in the rear with sink, shower and toilet. Flooring has been replaced. Does need some TLC: the freshwater tank needs patched, hot water and lines need repair, comfort heater needs troubleshooting, and needs new water pump. Propane system and stove works fine, as does the fridge, direct-connect cold water system, 110V and 12V systems. Clean title.

 

1960 Nashua $7,500 (SOLD)

“Rockford Files Trailer”! This 35′ Mid-Century Modern single-wide trailer is ready to be a mobile home, office, or storage unit. It features a living room, kitchen, full bathroom, and a rear bedroom. The trailer also includes two exterior doors, closets, a built-in dresser, and other amenities. Just needs an answering machine with a greeting, “Hello, this is Jim Rockford. At the tone, leave your name and message, I’ll get back to you.”

  • Condition: In good condition with a few repairs needed. The roof has been recently sealed, a leak was fixed, and the ceiling has been repaired.
